Use the official English Korean address, the recipient's actual apartment details, all five postal-code digits and the correct country. Follow the carrier's label fields rather than assuming a web form and an envelope have the same layout.
Arrange the label
A practical order is recipient, apartment details, building number and road, administrative areas, postal code, then country. Adapt this illustrative example to the real recipient and the carrier:

Select the country correctly
Korea Post's guidance for mail arriving in Korea asks for the postal code and Rep. of KOREA at the bottom of the English address. Online forms may provide a different equivalent label. Each item below is one complete option:
South KoreaKorea, Republic of— including the comma, one country nameRepublic of Korea
Choose the option for South Korea, not another Korea entry. Use the carrier's supplied value if a dropdown is present.
Do not omit apartment details
A building name may not identify a particular household. Check the unit with the recipient. The converter cannot verify residence or delivery eligibility.
Final checklist
Confirm the recipient, road address, apartment details, leading zero in the postal code and country field. Keep sender and recipient separate. Follow the carrier's phone-country-code, character and length requirements. Korea Post's guidance is the basis for Korean mailing-address elements; an electronic shipping label may have additional rules.
