City and State / Province
Korean administrative areas do not map mechanically to two international form fields. Use the structured address result and the official English spelling, then check the receiving form's definitions.
How are the fields separated?
City may represent a city, county or district depending on the form. State/Province generally represents the upper-level area. Select South Korea first and use the provided region dropdown when available.

This table explains structure, not a universal answer key for every site. A District, County or Region field may change the arrangement.
What if a value repeats?
Do not remove or duplicate a region merely because the names look similar. Check the official result and the form's country-specific help. After saving, review any autocomplete changes.
What if the structure is uncertain?
The converter keeps the full official address in Line 1 instead of inventing City or State. Ask the carrier for shipments or the receiving authority for official forms. Do not simply split the string at commas or translate a county into an invented city name.
Which spelling should I use?
Keep the spelling returned by the official API. Korea Post provides examples for Seoul and romanized suffixes such as -si, -do, -gu, -eup, -myeon and -dong. The site language must not translate these output values.
