Road and lot-number addresses
Road-name and lot-number addresses can identify the same place but use different components. Compare the official results and use the address type required by the receiving organization rather than combining them arbitrarily.
What is the difference?
A road address identifies a building by its road and number, while a lot-number address identifies the location using the neighborhood and land parcel.

For ordinary building locations and deliveries, the official English road address is a useful starting point. If land records, a former address or a specific document requires a lot number, follow that document's instructions.
How do I confirm the location?
Compare the region, road and building number, lot number, building name and postal code. A building name is a search aid and does not replace the road address. Search by a Korean lot number or building name if needed, then inspect the final official address.
Is an English lot-number value always available?
No. It is shown when the additional official lookup returns it. The service does not invent a missing translation. Avoid mixing a self-translated Korean lot number with the official road address in one line.
What about official evidence?
If an organization needs evidence that a road and former lot-number address refer to the same location, check the official English address-identity certificate procedure and eligibility on Juso. This converter's output is not that certificate.
